Show Off Your Rental Property Like No Other

Show Off Your Rental Property Like No Other

Have you ever looked at rental properties for a vacation and you just could not get a feel for the property?

Well no more!   –  With a 3D Walk Around Tour you can show it all!

This is not one of those cheesy slide shows that plays horrible music.  Yea, that type with the music that everyone scrambles for the mute button as soon as it blares across the room as it slowly flips through images of your listing or business.  You know, what the industry now calls a “virtual tour.”

This is WAY MORE COOL!  Not to mention MODERN and ALLURING!  This is the most realistic, immersive way to experience a property or business online.

Engage Blue Maple Photography to Create a Matterport 3D Showcase Walk-Around Virtual Tour

If you are selling your homes in the greater Columbus area, engage Blue Maple Photography to create a Matterport 3D Showcase Walk-Around virtual tour to help your sell your house by enabling:

  1. real estate agents to pre-tour your home for their clients
  2. out-of-town prospective buyers to tour your home virtually
  3. in-town prospect buyers to tour your home virtually

A 3D Showcase Walk-Around will help you and your real estate agent:

  1. sell your home faster
  2. get more offers
  3. get more money for your home

“The typical buyer began their home search online and then contacted a real estate agent,” according to a survey by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). “Buyers searched a median of 12 weeks and visited 10 homes.”

“Our Matterport 3D Showcase Walk-Arounds will help you reduce weeks on market, increase visits to your home (virtually) and reduce the number of people that visit your home, but are not potential buyers of your home,” says Blue Maple Photography’s Chief Photographer Brian Mollenkopf.

“If a photo is worth a thousand words, a 3D Showcase Walk-Around by Blue Maple Photography is worth a thousand photos to help potential buyers virtually tour your home,” says Brian.

According to a poll commissioned by Discover Home Loans and reported by Huff Post:

  • 89% of homebuyers use some form of technology to help them with the home buying process.
  • 47% of all homebuyers report using technology helped them save money
  • 92% of homebuyers say technology helped them save time
  • 90% of homebuyers report an overall positive experience when using technology
  • 83% of homebuyers feel technology helped them stay organized
  • 93% percent of technology users say technology allowed them to do things remotely they otherwise would have had to do in person.

According to NAR, its survey showed:

  • Buyers used a wide variety of resources in searching for a home. Top results showed 92 percent used the Internet, 89 percent used real estate agents, 51 percent yard signs, 45 percent each attended open houses and used a mobile application, and 42 percent used mobile search engines.
  • When buyers were asked where they first learned about the home they purchased, 43 percent said the Internet; 33 percent from a real estate agent; 9 percent a yard sign or open house; 6 percent from a friend, neighbor or relative; 5 percent from home builders; 2 percent directly from the seller; 1 percent a print or newspaper ad; and less than 1 percent from other sources.

Aerial Photography

by Hannah Kern

Aerial photography was first practiced by the French photographer Gaspard-Felix Tournachon in 1858. From there, the use of aerial photography steadily matured during World War I, as reconnaissance aircraft became equipped with cameras with the purpose of recording enemy movements.

Now, jumping ahead by 200 years, aerial photography has branched out to a new demographic. Real estate. In today’s system of real estate, more and more agents are discovering that with aerial photography, they are able to achieve high end listings to promote their property in new and unique ways. To achieve an aerial photograph, the photographer must be positioned on the ground and angle the subject of the photo at an elevated position.  In most cases, the camera is not supported by a ground based structure. This kind of photo taking method is very beneficial and creative based to realtors because of the way the true size, shape dimensions, and layout of a home is shown in the visual. Aerial photography can also give the seller an advantage in their listing by showing their property in the context of its surrounding area or by showing the property at unique angles and viewings. As a result, these agents carry the potential to increase their sales and differentiate themselves from any competition they may face. Aerial photography is also useful in other forms of context.

The ability of aerial photography to record the adverse biological conditions of disease, pests, weeds, and the adverse physical and chemical conditions of drought, flood, and soil are very efficient for crop reviewing. Another example is construction monitoring; in which case, aerial photography is used to ensure that any building or construction project is running on schedule. If you are an agent looking to soar above and beyond your competitors standards, be sure to contact Blue Maple Photography for your aerial photography projects as well as your commercial real estate imagery needs.

Family Holiday Photo Wreath

This was an idea that my daughters came up with and I think it turned out great.  Basically, we took 30 images and randomly cropped them to 4x5s, 4x6s, 5x5s, and 5x7s.  We also randomly changed them from color to black and white, sepia, and antiqued yellow with about an 1/4 inch boarder.  They also added the small stamp like details for a bit of contrast with color.
